# Lexicanon — Meeting intelligence for every room

## Privacy & data sovereignty

Lexicanon is a European company; the managed Cloud runs entirely in the EU, so
meeting data stays under EU jurisdiction by default. Your data is processed and
stored for your organisation only and is **not used to train AI models** — a
contractual commitment, not just a promise. For full sovereignty, BYOK keeps your
provider keys yours, and self-hosting keeps every byte on your own network (a
single Docker container, air-gapped if you want, with local Whisper and a local
LLM).

## Plans (EUR)

- **BYOK — €6 / user / month** (billed annually; €8 monthly). We host it; you
  bring your own AI keys and pay providers directly with no usage markup.
  Optional managed services à la carte at cost + 15%. Includes SSO.
- **Cloud — €10 / user / month** (Starter; billed annually, €13 monthly). Fully
  managed and EU-hosted: keys, infrastructure, and updates. 20 meeting-hours /
  user / month pooled across the team; overage at cost (€0.40/hr, no markup); SSO
  / SAML included. **Business — €16 / user / month** adds white-label, audit logs,
  admin controls, 50 hrs/user, and priority support.
- **Self-hosted — flat annual license** (you provide compute + keys). Team (up to
  25 users), Business (up to 100 users; white-label, SSO, priority support), and
  Enterprise (unlimited users, SLA, air-gapped). 100% of your data stays on your
  network.

All prices in EUR. Cloud overage is billed at provider cost with no markup; BYOK
hybrid managed services bill at cost + 15%; self-hosted licenses are flat annual
fees.

## Frequently asked

- **Does a bot join my meetings?** No, never. For Teams we receive webhooks via
  your Entra-registered app; for in-person meetings, capture happens on your
  device.
- **Do I need to install an app?** No — Lexicanon runs in your browser. An optional
  desktop companion sharpens hybrid-call diarization but is never required.
- **Is my data used to train AI models?** No. Processed and stored for your
  organisation only, as a contractual commitment.
- **Can I run this on my own servers?** Yes — a single Docker container, fully
  air-gapped if you want, with local Whisper and a local LLM.
- **Can I white-label this for my clients?** Yes — full branding, custom domain,
  multi-tenant isolation per customer, and your own pricing.
